Biological Supply Chain

Bio Biologico Certificazione Natura Alghe Algatan Salute Benessere

The biological production method has a dual social function, providing on the one hand a specific market that responds to consumer demand for biological products and, on the other, providing public goods that contribute to environmental protection, animal welfare and rural development.

LT Natural Group® since July 2020 has obtained the BIO Certification (cod. 02756/101308/197/20) according to EC Regulation 834/2007 which defines a production method that takes into account all those forms of cultivation and breeding that tend to enhance and preserve biological production systems, without the use of synthetic chemicals, performing a function of environmental protection and conservation of the rural space, using renewable energy in the best possible way and enhancing territorial, environmental and natural resources.

Furthermore, through the certifications according to GMP+’s and FAMI-QS’s standards, LT Natural Group® guarantees that animal feeds and their ingredients comply with the legal requirements (European Regulation for Feed Hygiene – 183/2005) and respect the agreements made with the other players in the supply chain.
